1. About This Shop

This online shop is operated as a not-for-profit fundraising initiative in support of The Deli Women & Children’s Centre (ABN 84 331 942 457) (“The Deli”), a registered charity supporting women and children impacted by domestic and family violence since 1979.

100% of revenue from all purchases is donated directly to The Deli Women & Children’s Centre to fund its programs and services.

2. Products & Donations

All products available for purchase in this shop have been generously donated by our partners and supporters. By purchasing a product, you are making a contribution that directly supports The Deli’s mission.

Please note:

• Products are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value if a specific item becomes unavailable.
• Product images are indicative only. Actual items may vary slightly in appearance, packaging, or brand from what is shown.
• Products are provided “as is” and are not covered by any additional warranty beyond what is required by Australian Consumer Law.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. The purchase price covers the cost of packaging and postage, with remaining revenue donated in full to The Deli.

4. Orders & Payment

• Orders are placed through our online shop and payment is processed at the time of purchase.
• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
• An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is no longer available, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within Australia only unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping costs are included in the listed price (or charged separately at checkout where indicated).
• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser, or events outside our reasonable control.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

6. Returns & Refunds

As all products have been donated and all revenue goes directly to The Deli, we have a limited returns policy:

• Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
• Change of mind: As this is a charitable fundraiser and products have been donated, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. We appreciate your understanding that your purchase supports women and children impacted by domestic and family violence.
• Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

7. Privacy

We collect personal information (name, email, shipping address, payment details) solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your order (e.g., with our shipping provider). 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.

• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.
