Trauma Sensitive Yoga & Mindfulness
A six-week course of gentle yoga and mindful meditations to promote relaxation, mindfulness and embodiment.
- Week 1 - Thursday 23 April: An introduction to the Trauma Sensitive Yoga Practice
- Week 2 - Thursday 30 April: Yoga for overwhelm and anxious feelings
- Week 3 - Thursday 7 May: Yoga and Mindfulness of Breath
- Week 4 - Thursday 14 May: Yoga and Mindfulness of Sensation
- Week 5 - Thursday 21 May: Yoga and Mindfulness of Sound
- Week 6 - Thursday 28 May: Establishing a home yoga practice
