Creating connection and community is a vital part of healing from the trauma of domestic and family violence.

Our expert team are developing new workshops and groups for our clients. Focused on reconnecting with the body and building emotional regulation skills, including trauma sensitive yoga and mindfulness.
Our 6 week trauma sensitive yoga group will run again in 2025 through February and March. During this course, clients will work through:
- An introduction to the Trauma Sensitive Yoga Practice
- Yoga for overwhelm and anxious feelings
- Yoga and Mindfulness of Breath
- Yoga and Mindfulness of Sensation
- Yoga and Mindfulness of Sound
- Establishing a home yoga practice
- Weekly on Tuesday from 11 February to 18 March 2025
- 12pm to 1pm
